WHAT WE DO:

We start, source and seed startups or teams which businesses are compatible with the fund’s investment criteria in line with the exponential organization concept. More than financing we help companies with their strategic vision, their product roadmap and their business plan. We provide advisory services, mentorship and sales, marketing, technical and administrative support.

FOCUS

We are extremely sensitive to speed of execution. We believe founders should be able to focus the vast majority of their 80-hour work weeks on developing great products, and not be side-tracked by non-core corporate tasks. We gathered extraordinary partners to help founders and their teams rid themselves from a series of non-strategic tasks.

HOW WE INVEST:

In general we provide small investments to allow founding teams to take their projects to the first round of funding and often do it in the form of a convertible note at a 20% discount to the next round of financing and a negotiated valuation cap.
